Good location but needs improvement Positive: The location was great, walking distance to main Quebec Interested places Negative: The staff was awfull, not helping at all, especially evening night shift, very limited supplies (toilet paper and soap), we (4 people) ran out of toilet paper which only given one in the bathroom and the non existent staff can only reached by phone told us juat to wait til morning, the room is too dark, some lamps weren't installed, only empty wall switches that switched on nothing, some were dead

Negative: Chambre très petite et chaude.L'air est contrôlé par le propriétaire J'ai demandé a la réception de mettre l'air climatisé plus fraîche et j'ai jamais eu de réponse. Les fenêtres sont très salles et quand elle sont ouverte c'est extrêmement bruyant il y a beaucoup de véhicules et autobus en quantité industrielle qui passe. Pour le prix $366 par nuit c'est vraiment exagéré. Je ne retournerai pas.

Positive: L'emplacement de l'immeuble est excellent. La jeune dame à l'accueil est très gentille, très souriante et serviable. Negative: L'odeur en entrant dans l'appartement 🙁 L'emplacement de l'appartement: pas de balcon et vue sur la ruelle 🙁 Serviettes pour une personne seulement et j'ai réservé pour quatre!!! 👎 Le fait d'attendre de voir qqun avant de quitter (ce qui n'existait pas avant) et quil y ait personne à laccueil au moment du départ 🙁 C'est la 4e fois que nous louons un loft chez vous, nous avons toujours été très satisfait, mais là c'est la 1ere fois que je rencontre ces inconvénients... nous avons été un peu déçues et on espère avoir mieux la prochaine fois! 🤞

Nous avons eu des problèmes avec la propreté de certains aspects dans notre condo mais nous avons rapidement reçu de l’assistance pour régler la situation! Le personnel était très professionnel et courtois!

Positive: Appartement très bien placé, propre, confortable. Negative: La rue est bruyante, on entend vibration 24/7, qui est dérangeante surtout la nuit. La douche était cassée, nous n'avons pas pu l'utiliser, et aucun retour de l'hôte et/de la réception. Le wifi ne fonctionnait pas.

We had a great stay! Apartment was easily accessible, convenient location, and reception desk was so helpful especially with us being English-speaking tourists. Hope to come back!

Bien Positive: L accueil de Rachel La situation géographique La propreté des lieux Coût du parking peu onéreux ( 20$/jour) Excellent wifi gratuit Negative: Appartement 207 : matelas du canapé-lit défoncé / pas de rideau dans la pièce du canapé-lit ; du coup, on subit l' éclairage vif , toute la nuit, des bureaux situés juste en face/ 1 bol et 1 seule mug ce qui rend les petits déjeuner à 4 difficiles!

The noise seems to be coming from the electrical transformer or substation on the ground floor. So it is not really the owner's fault. But I would not come back again.

It made us a great vacation! Positive: Excellent location ! Comfortable. I would like to mention that the areas where is the sofa bed needs to have blinds is impossible to sleep with the light streets and the office building next side there is so much light reflexión at night . Negative: Staff is very helpful and the place is comfortable and with an excellent location .

Positive: The location was perfect. Walking distance from everything. Negative: We didn’t cook in so not sure about the provision for this.

Not that worth Positive: Close to Old Quebec and other tourist attractions. Also close to shops and grocery Negative: Air ventilation didn't work. Throughout our 3 nights and 3 days stay, the room was constantly above 25.5 or 26 celsius degree so it was very stuffy. The conceige and handyman couldn't do much other than offering 2 fans and eventhough with windows open, it's too hot on the last night we couldn't sleep. Paid for 3 adults but bed would only fit 2. One of us had to sleep on the sofa and it wasn't even a sofabed so it's small and uncomfortable. The living room has only see-through white curtains and opposite side is office building so it has no privacy at night and too bright with sunlight during the day (adding the heat too) This is more like an airbnb than a hotel other than having front desk and concierges. I had to put damage deposit for 500 CAD while agreementonly asked for 250 CAD. Also they asked us to sign for an agreement to empty rubbish bins before leaving.

We will stay here again on future trips to Quebec City. Positive: The location was fantastic. Anne in reception was kind and helpful. The assigned parking spot made parking very easy.

Positive: Localisation au top. Negative: Les sols n'étaient pas très propres à notre arrivée, il était collant par endroit. Le logement est recommandé pour 4 personnes. Il y a un chambre avec lit double et dans le salon un canapé lit 2 personnes. Sachez qu'il n'y a pas de rideaux dans le salon ( que du voilage) et l'appartement est face aux locaux d'un média allumé et ouvert h24. Donc niveau intimité c'était pas super et surtout pas possible d'être dans le noir ou même la pénombre.
